THE TEAM
Our team is a colorful mix and we are all thoroughbred fans. We are looking for people who share our passion for concerts and clubs and who want to take our company even further.

Currently we are looking for reinforcement in the VIP & Hospitality area. If you are at home in the world of live entertainment, if you are passionate about new projects, combined with an open and communicative nature, you are the right person for us!

THE JOB
Events are no longer imaginable without VIP and hospitality packages. We ensure that our clients, lead event organizers and venues, can offer their customers unforgettable experiences.

From pre-sales to on-site appearances, in preparation and coordination with local production teams, promoters, venues and VIP hosts, we ensure that all partners can handle a smooth event.

With the incredible fan demand for live events, we are looking to grow our team to ensure we deliver top-notch services. This job is a great opportunity to join a growing team and contribute to a fantastic time for our clients and partners.

WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
You support our VIP & Hospitality department in Berlin and independently take on tasks such as:
* Create and coordinate guidelines for the set up and sale of ticket packages.
* Arrangement of packages in preparation of the show day.
* Monitor and control Sales Performance.
* Preparation of sales summaries and regular reports.
* Improvement of the presentation and promotion of the VIP packages.
* Acquiring new partners to sell VIP and arena packages.
* You are the interface to our Event & Business Partners and support them in the area of VIP, Arena Packages as well as our (COMPANY NAME) Suite.
* You are the interface between business units and specialist departments such as Event Service, Marketing, Customer Service, Fulfillment, etc.
* You will work on-site at events across the country.

WHAT YOU NEED TO KNOW (or TECHNICAL SKILLS)
* You ideally have an apprenticeship or degree in business administration or a similar qualification.
* You have already gained professional experience in ticketing or event management and have a network in the events industry.
* You are quick on the uptake, can work under pressure and are always ready to adapt to new challenges and requirements.
* You not only enjoy a varied office workday but are also willing to travel all over Germany to support our offers on site on concert days.
* You have a very good command of written and spoken English and German.
* You are proficient in the use of Microflex and Office programs such as Excel.

* Attentive - Even though we have a number of tasks to perform, it is essential that we prioritize taking care of our customers. It is therefore essential for the successful operation of the department that we are attentive and attentive both in person and on the phone.
* Teamworking - Working closely with the team to ensure all duties are completed, through supporting one another and recognising when help is needed.
* Proactive - Whilst the core duties are clearly set out, a key part of this role is being proactive in actively looking for where improvements can be made, and where you can go the extra mile to ensure our customers are satisfied.
