Skills and Experience Requirements

* Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Statistics, Econometrics, Mathematics, Operations Research
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills
* Ability to solve unstructured problems
* Excellent verbal & written communication skills
* Knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies
* HIVE, SAS, SQL, Excel (Good to have -Python)
* Working knowledge of MS-Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
* Ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of management
* Demonstrate positive attitude, agility, and willingness to learn and develop. Ability to work independently in a fast paced, structured, high-volume environment with minimal supervision
* Strong flexibility/adaptability to manage multiple tasks within stringent time frames while maintaining accuracy
* Must be flexible to work across different shifts
