Due to the development of John Deere Polska (Business Service Center in Poznań) we are currently seeking candidates for the position of:​

Customer Support Apprentice
Poznań

Your responsibilities:​
* Support the Warranty team in organizational tasks
* Assist in organizing and maintaining documentation using MS Office programs
* Help track and update warranty-related content with accuracy and accountability

Our requirements:
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Proficient in MS Office Programs (especially Excel and SharePoint)
* Experience in Power Platform Tools - but not necessary
* Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
* Proactive, accountable, and solution-oriented mindset
