Your Tasks
* When it comes to ServiceNow, you are a pro: developing processes and data models, configuring workflows and providing APIs - you know which approaches are the best for our ITSM (keyword best practices).
* And because you know that efficient processes are based on clean data, you support the creation of error and quality reports.
* Thanks to your experience, you confidently administer our monitoring and implement adjustments to the IT service management tools.
* Together with the process owners, you work on the optimal process design and adjust it again and again until the workflow is perfect.
* Furthermore, you further develop monitoring applications together with the IT team and lead partial projects.

Your Profile
* Degree in computer science or comparable qualification
* Several years of experience in the development of IT processes, business applications, workflows, data models, and APIs in the ServiceNow platform
* First practice in administration and 1st / 2nd level support of ServiceNow
* Fit in Unix and Windows environments and database systems as well as basic knowledge in scripting languages (Java)
* Customer-oriented, resilient and committed
* Analytical thinking and strong communication skills
* Confident in spoken and written German and English
