Job Description

Bompard is looking for a full-time Sales Counsellor (37,5 hours/week) for our Düsseldorf store.

The position is available immediately.

Main Responsibilities:

* Offer our customers a unique and immersive experience through personalized storytelling, by introducing them to the world of our House, our timeless products and our exceptional creations.
* Build loyalty among our local and international clientele through excellent service.
* Maintain the quality standards of our House, ensuring impeccable visual merchandising and a meticulous presentation of the boutique.
* Actively participate in inventory management, optimizing the flow of merchandise.
* Manage store openings and closings with rigor and professionalism.Qualifications

* You have proven experience as a Sales Consultant in the fashion industry.
* Dynamic and excellent communicator, you have leadership qualities, know how to listen and federate your teams.
* You are a driving force behind the positive development of the store, and don't hesitate to take the initiative.
