Hands-on laboratory experience obtained through academic research, internships, or industry experience.

Basic understanding of protein, or antibody, or conjugation technology and biochemical laboratory techniques.

Strong organizational and documentation skills.

Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.

Good communication skills and attention to detail.
