📅 Your day-to-day responsibilities:
* Managing Top/Regional Airlines and other Travel Merchant accounts headquartered in Europe
* Ensure customer satisfaction and P&L impact via early & ideal products adoption/usage
* Lead the commercial renewals & expansions
* Drive customer alignment and goal-setting for payments solutions
* Manage ongoing customer health by reviewing key metrics and resolving problems to drive adoption
* Act as a trusted advisor and ensure you're up to date with the latest information on Fintech, Merchant Payments, Travel Technology, Product Evolution and changes in competitive environment trends

🎯 What we're seeking:
* Thorough Understanding: You possess a good understanding of the Travel and/or Payment Industry and knowing who the key players are, trends and principles
* Strategic Expertise: You'll have experience in a customer facing role and have excellent communication skills
* Languages: Fluent English is a must-have. If you have another like French or Arabic, this would be a bonus!
