Summary
As a Project Manager in our Digital Transformation and Relationship Department (TRM) at Digital Transformation Services (DTS) you will manage the delivery of DTS transformation projects primarily for Hospitality business unit. Based on TRM needs you may also support projects for other internal units or M&A integrations.

The position requires an overall knowledge of key business processes: Commercial processes, Support & Delivery processes, Billing & Financial processes, and the ability to manage expectations of business stakeholders while working with technical teams. The position requires the ability to work in a changing environment/scope.

Key responsibilities

Support primarily the Digital Transformation and Automation initiatives for Hospitality business unit
* Lead the Pre-Project analysis (to-be, gaps, dependencies and business case) with HOS Transformation team, and the Project Delivery for several initiatives which may include transformation of Customer Support processes & applications, enhancements of newly deployed Sales Lead to Cash solution, or Customer Portal transformation.
* Ensure delivery in time and cost of the projects assigned to you, ensuring communication and alignment with other digitalization initiatives
* When starting new project identify metrics of success to monitor
* Work with TRM process optimization team.
* Support the portfolio Lead as the principal point of contact for some groups at Hospitality.
* Follow DTS-TRM Project Management Methodology (From Pre-Project to Handover)

Manage delivery of projects covering all business units or M&A integration
* Manage pre-project and and delivery of projects with other (COMPANY NAME) Units when all business units are in scope and not just Hospitality.
* M&A: your possible involvement would be on specific streams of integration of acquisitions announced. Ex: Commercial processes & applications convergence, Support & operations processes & applications convergence, reporting of DTS overall status and spend on an integration project. Work will cover scoping, cost estimation, and delivery.

Be involved in transversal Digital Transformation initiatives and TRM continuous improvement
* Help the various DTS solution teams supporting HOS to work closer together and to align on Agile delivery
* Be involved in transformation to Agile, Move to Cloud, or any other key DTS transformation initiative.
* Contribute to TRM improvement initiatives on a regular basis including support of PMO and Change Management teams

Contribute on an ad-hoc basis to special projects
* Any other projects where DTS may be asked to support

The ideal candidate
* Holds an University Degree in Engineering, IT, or Business
* Demonstrable experience in project management, delivering IT projects in complex organisations addressing processes, people, data, technology, governance.
* Experience of Project Management, ideally PMP certified
* Previous projects involving ServiceNow or SalesForce platforms
* Previous experience in Waterfall projects and/or Agile
* Business understanding
* Strategic thinker, business value focus, skilled in translating strategic intents into digitalization roadmap and execution of transformation initiatives
* Able to identify business capability gaps and improvement areas, and explain business challenges to technology teams
* Able to adapt to change of scope as some projects can be unstructured.
