We are looking for a Project Management Support to support our Development Planning unit providing crucial operational and administrative support, working alongside the existing planners to facilitate current workloads and strategic re-structuring efforts.
Your role will be:
* Assisting in monitoring and updating development schedules for upcoming collections
* Coordinating the movement of materials and samples, and managing sample inventory and documentation
* Acting as a point of contact for routine communication with vendors regarding sample status and material availability
* Ensuring accurate and timely updates of critical data in development planning systems, including material specifications, supplier information, and project timelines
* Collaborating with several key departments to ensure seamless execution of development plansWhat you need for the role:
* Minimum of 1-2 years of proven experience in a support role within planning, supply chain, or product development coordination
* Understanding of project coordination, data management, and administrative tasks.
* Knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Analytical skills and accuracy
* Organization skills
