We are currently looking for a Stockroom Coordinator to join our BOSS Shop in Shop at El Corte Inglés Plaza Cataluña, Barcelona.
* Permanent contract
* 36 hours per week
* Fixed morning shift: 8:30 AM - 2:30 PM
* Working Monday to Saturday (6 days per week)
* Immediate incorporation into an internationally recognized premium fashion brand

What you can expect:

In your role as a Stockroom Coordinator, you are responsible for all stockroom operations to optimize the retail business and enhance efficiency of the selling process to drive commercial success.
* Responsible for physical stock management and movement as well as maintaining the effective overall stock flow and storage process to improve and speed up the customer experience.
* Managing product flow between stockroom & sales floor.
* Supporting in all operations for loss prevention.
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology.
* Drive the use of all available tools and ensure procedures are executed and policies followed.

Ensure the efficient organization and maintenance of a stockroom holding approximately 2,000 garments and around 60 stock boxes.

Operate and maintain stock management processes using RFID technology.

Monitor stock discrepancies and implement corrective actions when necessary.

Your profile:

* Previous experience in a similar management role within a retail and/or warehousing environment
* Ability to be flexible and adaptable to the need of the business
* Proficient utilization of business systems & latest technology
* Demonstrate strong commercial acumen
* Willingness to constantly learn & develop
* Passionate & knowledgeable about the brand
* Excellent communication skills at all levels, both written and verbal
