Partner Sales Enablement Manager - Sage X3 | Barcelona

Based in Barcelona, this hybrid role offers the flexibility to work remotely up to 2 days per week.

We're building a new global Partner Enablement team, and we're looking for a Partner Sales Enablement Manager in Barcelona to help shape how we onboard, develop and enable our Sage X3 partner community across Spain and Iberia.

This is a newly created role in a newly established team. You'll have the opportunity to help bring our global Partner Enablement strategy to life locally, influence how we work and make a visible impact on partner success.
What you'll do :
- Own the partner enablement journey across Spain and Iberia, building strong relationships with partners and Sage sales teams.

- Accelerate partner success, from onboarding new partners to developing the capabilities of existing ones.

- Bring global enablement programs to life locally, adapting content, tools and learning experiences to regional needs.

- Coach, engage and influence partners, helping them adopt new ways of working and strengthen their performance.

- Collaborate across our global organisation to share best practices and continuously improve the partner experience.

- Measure your impact and help partners become effective, confident and independent faster.

This is a great opportunity to combine partner relationships, sales enablement and program delivery in an international environment

What we're looking for :
- Strong experience working with partners or channel ecosystems

- Background in Channel/Partner Management, Sales Enablement, Channel Sales, Pre-Sales or Consulting Enablement

- Experience with ERP, enterprise software or complex technology & SaaS solutions is highly valued

- Strong communication, influencing and relationship-building skills

- An autonomous, proactive and hands-on mindset

- The ability to navigate change, collaborate globally and turn strategy into action

- Fluent Spanish and English
