Objective

* Ensure the quality of the data, automate workflows and enable processes and governance.
* Improve our inbound and outbound marketing strategy using digital marketing tools.

Activity

Management
*
Develop and maintain the marketing automation platform and processes.
*
Participate to develop automated marketing campaigns.
*
Drive nurturing campaigns including grading and scoring.
*
Expand and improve database.
*
Report statistics, reports and create dashboards.
*
Monitor data quality across marketing metrics and operations.
*
Manage the reporting of day-to-day campaign activities, reporting from basic campaign tracking to attribution models.

Enhancement
*
Analyse existing data and historical trends and convert this data into insights, best practices and answers to complex questions including optimising the routing of leads, lead scoring, campaign tracking.
*
Forecast performance, review, and report on targets for the marketing teams.
*
Identify trends and analyse and integrate new tools for the marketing operations.
