Make a real impact  
We are looking for an ambitious and self-driven lawyer to join our Privacy & Technology team in Athens, who will be engaged, among others, in the following:  
* Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial agreements.
* Conducting legal due diligence with a focus on:
* Data protection and privacy matters
* Intellectual property rights
* Technology-related agreements, including licensing , SaaS , and data processing αgreements
* Assisting clients with compliance programs and regulatory requirements, including:
* GDPR (DPIAs, privacy policies, RoPAs, TIAs, etc.)
* DORA (ICT services agreements)
* DSA and AI Act .
* Preparing legal opinions on privacy, consumer , and digital law matters.

What you bring matters  

* Bachelor's degree in Law (from a domestic university or equivalent certification from the pertinent Greek organizations)
* 2-3 years of post-admission experience with solid knowledge and hands-on experience with:
* GDPR compliance
* DORA
* Digital Services Act (DSA)
* Consumer Protection Law
* Intellectual Property Law
* Ability to express ideas verbally and in writing, in a clear, concise and professional manner (both in English and Greek)
* Admission to Athens Bar or other Bar Association in Greece
* Excellent legal and business analytical skills  
* Positivity, motivation and strong interpersonal skills  
* A Master's degree in Data Protection Law or other Technology Law field and DPO certification will be considered a strong asset
