NTT Data Greece team is looking for a Talent Management Officer based in Athens to support our growing activity in International Organisations.
Your role:
* Collaborate in the definition and the execution of the Talent Management strategic plan
* Coordinate and supervise the employee onboarding and employee journey
* Provide career development support and other talent development processes
* Participate in the definition and monitoring of specific plans: Trainings, engagement, employee satisfaction, etc.

Your profile:
* 2-3 years of experience in a similar role, ideally in an international or multicultural environment
* Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
* Proven ability to multi-task, manage priorities, and work independently
* A team player with a collaborative mindset
* Proactive, communicative, and creative in solving people-related challenges
* Open-minded and comfortable working across diverse cultures and geographies
* A 'hands-on' approach with the ability to think innovatively and drive change
* Passionate about creating a positive employee experience
* Committed to continuous improvement and willing to lead people-centered initiatives
* Fluency in English (spoken and written) is essential
* Tech-savvy and familiar with digital tools for HR and collaboration
