Our teams are the key to our success. They design and create each trip as a unique project. Our local teams travel the world to select the most remarkable homes and ensure unrivalled hospitality and service at each destination.

✨ Key responsibilities :
1. Payments & Deal Management
* Verify payments and assign them to the correct deals/follow up with the resort team for owner related payments.
* Follow up with clients and manage their payments.
* Track B2C and B2B2C deals
* Manage Security Deposit releases
* Manage and track owner pay-outs

2. KPI Monitoring & Reporting
* Monitor and analyze the team's KPIs, and update dashboards.
* Update daily performance and activity figures.
* Create various reports to improve the team's conversion rate.
* Create/update CRM reports according to the team's needs.
* Support the team for each "Regco" meeting for every destination and analyze KPIs for each.

3. Team & Administrative Support
* Support the Bramble team (organizing their figures, managing their shared inbox).
* Support the Front Desk team
* Support for B2B2C inquiries from travel partners
* Prepare materials for weekly meetings, sales meetings.
* Update customer information and Cardex

Profil requis du candidat:

* Strong rigor, organization, and attention to detail are essential.
* Strong interest in the luxury, travel, and hospitality sectors.
* Good written and verbal communication skills in English, French is a plus.
* Autonomous, proactive, and able to work effectively as part of a team.
* Proficient in office tools (Excel, Word).
* Positive and flexible mindset, with a willingness to learn in a dynamic environment.
