About the Role
We are looking for a commercially driven Business Unit Manager to lead and develop our HPE business in Hungary. You will be responsible for driving business growth across the HPE portfolio.
Working closely with vendors, partners, customers, and internal teams, you will play a key role in expanding TD SYNNEX's presence within the Hungarian market while strengthening strategic relationships across the local IT channel ecosystem.
What You'll Do
* Define and execute the HPE business strategy to drive growth and market share in Hungary
* Build and strengthen relationships with HPE, partners, and key customers.
* Lead and develop the local team, providing commercial direction and support.
* Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure successful execution of business plans.
* Identify new business opportunities and support enterprise-level projects across the Hungarian market.
What We're Looking For
* Proven experience in business development, sales, or channel management within the IT industry
* Strong knowledge of the Hungarian IT market and channel ecosystem
* Experience working with vendors, distributors, or system integrators
* Previous team leadership experience with the ability to motivate and develop people
* Strong commercial mindset with excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills
* Fluent Hungarian and English
