About the Role

* Source suitable candidates through recognized job portals and internal ATS tool.
* Screen resumes and share shortlisted profiles with the respective hiring managers for further evaluation.
* Coordinate interview schedules, manage candidate communication, and ensure a smooth interview process.
* Maintain and update recruitment trackers, daily hiring reports, and related documentation with accuracy.
* Support the onboarding process, including documentation review, verification, and completion of joining formalities.
* Assist the HR team with essential operational tasks and provide administrative support as required.

Your Skills and Experience

* MBA in HR.
* Strong interest in recruitment and HR functions.
* Good communication and interpersonal skills.
* Basic knowledge of MS Office.
* Eager to learn and work in a fast-paced environment.
