What You'll Do
As a Field Service Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, safety, and performance of our customers' electrical infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities
* Supervise the installation of Medium Voltage equipment and solutions up to 35 kV
* Perform commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair activities
* Provide technical support and guidance to customers during installation and throughout the equipment lifecycle
* Support Low Voltage service activities, particularly maintenance and repair of circuit breakers
* Ensure all work is performed in accordance with Schneider Electric processes, industry standards, and Health & Safety requirements
* Prepare service documentation and technical reports
* Plan and organize service activities independently while maintaining close collaboration with customers and colleagues
What We're Looking For
Required Qualifications
* Hands-on experience working with Medium Voltage electrical equipment and systems
* Experience in commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of electrical installations
* Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings and technical documentation
* Electrical Safety Group certification or equivalent MV/HV qualifications
* Technical education in Electrical Engineering or a related field
* Fluent English communication skills
Please note: This role requires a valid driver's license and a willingness to travel regularly across Estonia, Latvia, and Lithuania.
