Mechanical Engineer (Automotive)

Responsibilities
* Design and develop mechanical components and systems for automotive products.
* Create 3D models, engineering drawings, and design documentation using CAD software (e.g., SolidWorks, CATIA).
* Conduct feasibility studies and support material and manufacturing process selection.
* Plan and execute testing activities to validate product performance, durability, and safety.
* Analyze test results, identify design issues, and implement improvements.
* Ensure designs comply with applicable industry standards and regulatory requirements.
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams on prototype builds, testing, and product implementation.
* Manage project timelines and provide progress updates to stakeholders.
* Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and stay updated on emerging automotive technologies.

Requirements
* Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related discipline.
* Strong interest in automotive engineering and product development.
* Basic knowledge of CAD software such as SolidWorks or CATIA.
* Exposure to Finite Element Analysis (FEA) and Computational Fluid Dynamics (CFD).
* Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.
* Internship or project experience in automotive, manufacturing, or product design is an added advantage
