This represents a unique chance to deploy all of your skills and ingenuity to position Park Hyatt Mexico City as the new market leader and fresh reference for luxury experiences. Your focus will be to position the design, size and breathtaking views of our rooms and suites as the must see destination for anyone traveling to Mexico City on business and leisure, or ideally a combination of both! At the same time anchoring the Mexican culinary heritage journey in our food and beverage hot spots within the affluent local community. And finally, celebrating our Wellness and Spa program as the most pampering and rejuvenating sanctuary of peace and longevity in Polanco.
As Front Office Manager, you will be responsible for the efficient running of the department in line with Hyatt International's Corporate Strategies and brand standards, whilst meeting employee, guest and owner expectations. The Front Office Manager is responsible to assist the Director of Rooms in delivering the brand promise by managing the Front Office operations for the hotel

Profil requis du candidat:

* Bachelor's degree or diploma in Hospitality/Tourism Management.
* Minimum 2 years' experience as Front Office Manager in a luxury or ultra-luxury hotel.
* Demonstrated success in pre-opening environments is highly desirable.
* Strategic mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
* Exceptional leadership, administrative and interpersonal skills are a must.
* Service oriented style with professional presentations skills.
* Fluency in English and Spanish is a most
