Responsibilities
The Opportunity
The Supply Chain Master Data Coordinator will be accountable for supporting 10 Supply Chain Master Data Analysts in the effective execution of their data management processes. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, support for training materials development, knowledge management documentation, team development, and partnership with Supply Chain stakeholders across the North America business. This position will report to the SC Data Management Leader in MCC and will be responsible for the tactical execution of Data Management operations. Delivery of departmental KPIs and SLAs in support of strategic business initiatives is critical to success. This role will also be responsible for driving operational efficiencies and executing change management plans.
Your Impact
* Ensure delivery of SLAs and KPIs in compliance with agreed upon guidelines.
* Partner with key stakeholders for adherence and coordination of key business initiatives.
* Resolve any escalated customer inquiries in a professional and efficient manner.
* Collaborate and maintain high levels of communication with all stakeholders.
* Identify trends and recommend corrective action measures when needed.
* Proactively work to identify new ways of working to deliver efficiency gains.
Qualifications
Who Are We Looking For?
* English Fluency required - written and verbal.
* Bachelor's degree required with concentration in Business, Data Analytics, or Engineering preferred.
* 1-2 years of experience managing a team in a service-focused environment.
* Advanced/Proficient Computer Skills (Outlook, Word, Power Point, Excel).
* Knowledge of SAP S4 Hana, Python, other data reporting tools.
* Superb organizational, communication, and analytical skills.
* Must have strong analytical and problem-solving skills to formulate effective action plans to deal with issues proactively.
