Minimum 5 to 8+ years in major incident management, technology operations, command center operations, crisis communications, service operations, planned event coordination, process management or project coordination.

Secondary Skill

ITSM Operations, Command Center Operations, Planned Event Coordination, Stakeholder Communications, Runbook Documentation, Regulatory Evidence Management, and Shift Leadership.
