Engage with customers to understand business challenges and communicate the value of solutions. Design technology solutions that align with business requirements and objectives. Collaborate with various stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and delivery of solutions. Support continuous improvement initiatives to enhance platform capabilities and user experience. HERE'S WHAT YOU WILL NEED: Expert proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud. Master proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Studio. A minimum of 2 of experience in relevant related skills. Technical Diploma in relevant field of studies. BONUS POINTS IF YOU HAVE: Master Salesforce Marketing Cloud Journey Builder. Advanced data analysis skills. Intermediate customer engagement abilities. Advanced problem-solving skills. Intermediate communication skills.
