Channel Marketing Business Partner
This is not a traditional marketing role, this is a transformation role. Automation is undergoing a fundamental transformation. Today, it is being rebuilt as software-defined, open, and flexible. What was once hardware- and product-driven is rapidly evolving into a more software-defined, flexible, and open ecosystem. We're not looking for someone to market the old world. We're looking for someone who can help us build the new one.
You will operate in an Industrial Automation environment - but your mission is to help us translate and position the next generation of automation.
You will act as a bridge:
* Between product-driven and software-driven thinking
* Between technical innovation and commercial storytelling
* Between where we are today and where the industry is going
Your focus will be to enable our channel and sales ecosystem to understand, adopt, and communicate this shift in a way that resonates with customers.
What You Will Do
* Partner with sales and channel teams to evolve our go-to-market approach from product-centric to solution- and value-driven
* Translate complex, software-driven concepts into clear, compelling customer value propositions
* Drive integrated marketing initiatives across digital and offline channels, owning everything from strategy to execution, to strengthen how we position our offering
* Support and enable sales teams to navigate the transition toward software-led conversations
* Act as a thought partner and challenger, bringing new perspectives into a traditionally hardware-focused environment
* Help build market understanding and internal alignment around the future of automation
What We Are Looking For
We are less focused on traditional Industrial Automation backgrounds and more interested in mindset and capability. You likely bring:
* Experience in IT, software, digital solutions, or similar environments
* Or a technical academic background (e.g. engineering, computer science) with strong commercial acumen
* A natural curiosity and interest in software, platforms, and digital ecosystems
* Experience working in B2B, channel, or partner-driven environments
* Strong communicator who thrives in collaborative environments, with the ability to build trust and influence stakeholders
* Self-driven, proactive, and willing to challenge the status quo with a bold, forward-thinking mindset
