As a Store Manager, you will act with an entrepreneurial mindset to identify business opportunities and drive commercial results. Leading by example with a hands-on, personable and adaptable approach, you will coach and develop your team to prioritise the client and consistently exceed expectations.
Proven experience in a similar retail environment, successfully leading and developing diverse teams. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong commitment to valuing and championing diversity. Lead with empathy and curiosity to actively listen and understand others. Strong and demonstratable commercial acumen. Ability to be adaptable, agile, creative, commercial and solution focused. Deeply passionate and knowledgeable about our products and the luxury industry. Client-centric mindset with a passion for consistently exceeding expectations. Committed team player with a strong collaborative approach across diverse stakeholders. Fluent in English (spoken and written); proficiency in additional languages is a plus
