We are seeking a data-driven professional to join our Total Rewards team in this exciting role. What will be your key responsibilities?
* Analytical support for Total Rewards including variable pay planning, merit, pay offers, market analysis, governance materials and senior leadership presentations
* Partnering with Rewards and HR/P&O Analytics teams to improve reporting, identify automation opportunities and support future Total Rewards capabilities
* Improving consistency, scalability and efficiency of reward processes while building dedicated reward analytics capability
