At Gant, we are continuing to strengthen and elevate our global retail experience, creating inspiring and commercially impactful environments for our customers around the world. As our new VM Manager, you will play a key role in shaping how the brand comes to life across all markets and retail concepts.

This is a business-critical position where you will own and continuously develop Gant's global visual merchandising strategy, ensuring a consistent, premium, and customer-focused experience across our retail network. Working closely with Product Creation, Merchandising, Retail, and regional teams, you will translate product stories, brand direction, and commercial priorities into engaging in-store experiences that drive both customer engagement and business results.
Based in Stockholm, you will lead global visual merchandising initiatives, develop seasonal and non-seasonal guidelines, support store openings and concept implementations, and help raise visual standards across the organization.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and lead the creation of seasonal and non-seasonal visual merchandising guidelines.
* Own and continuously evolve Gant's global visual merchandising language, standards, and best practices.
* Create visual plans, display principles, and styling guidelines across all retail concepts and markets.
* Ensure visual presentation supports both brand objectives and commercial performance.
* Lead the development and rollout of seasonal implementation packages through relevant platforms and tools.
* Train, coach, and support regional VM and retail experience teams through workshops, masterclasses, and on-site visits.
* Partner closely with Merchandising, Product Creation, and Retail teams to deliver exceptional product presentation and compelling category storytelling
