IT Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and service-minded IT Specialist to join our team in Stockholm. In this role, you will provide first and second-line technical support to employees across our HQ and European offices, ensuring a seamless IT experience and supporting day-to-day business operations.

Key Responsibilities
* Provide first and second-line IT support to HQ users and employees across European offices.
* Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, operating system, and connectivity issues.
* Support Windows and macOS environments, Microsoft 365 applications, Apple devices, and business-critical systems.
* Manage onboarding, offboarding, identity provisioning, and user access administration.
* Support endpoints, mobile devices, meeting room technology, and audiovisual equipment.
* Assist with network, remote access, and connectivity troubleshooting in collaboration with infrastructure teams.
* Maintain support documentation, contribute to the knowledge base, and identify opportunities to improve processes through AI and automation
