What you'll do
* Manage the complete contract lifecycle including negotiation, drafting, execution, and renewal
* Direct your team in reviewing and managing commercial aspects to ensure compliance and alignment with scope
* Ensure execution teams understand contract obligations and monitor delivery to meet commitments
* Lead identification of variation orders and contract renewals that support growth and customer satisfaction
Essential for the Role
* Contract Management - intermediate level; overseeing agreements from formation through execution and renewal
* Contract Negotiation - advanced level; leading discussions that balance customer needs with business objectives
* Contract Review - advanced level; ensuring agreements align with scope, compliance, and risk parameters
* Claims Management - advanced level; resolving disputes and managing claims to protect operational continuity
* Risk Management - intermediate level; identifying and mitigating risks throughout the contract lifecycle
* People Management - intermediate level; directing team priorities and developing talent to meet delivery goals
* Ethical Integrity - advanced level; upholding compliance and transparency in all contractual dealings
* Resilience - advanced level; navigating complex negotiations and high-pressure situations with composure
