* Act as steam turbine specialist during erection, commissioning, and operation
* Supervise and support ST installation, alignment, start-up, and commissioning on EPC projects
* Review and validate technical/tender documentation related to ST systems
* Support O&M teams and train personnel on ST operation and maintenance
* Identify faults, perform root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions on ST equipment
* Coordinate with Engineering and drive improvements through lessons learned
* Prepare technical reports, work plans, and contribute to project scheduling
* Ensure HSE compliance and manage ST-related risks and deviations

Profil requis du candidat:

* Engineering degree with 10+ years' hands-on experience in steam turbine installation, commissioning, and operation
* Proven site experience with steam turbine erection and commissioning activities
* Strong knowledge of steam turbine technologies, control systems, and thermal plant operation
* Familiarity with major ST OEMs (e.g. Siemens, Skoda) and turbine types (condensing, back-pressure)
* Expertise in DCS, PID (R&I), vibration analysis, and rotating equipment behavior
* Strong troubleshooting and root cause analysis capability for ST systems
* Fluent in English with strong communication and coordination skills
* Reliable, adaptable team player able to work independently and with suppliers
