YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
* The full seasonal order process is managed by you - from collection presentations, pricing and assortment planning to order placement and inventory
* Take ownership of existing customer relationships and develop sustainable growth opportunities
* Support in administrative tasks to ensure smooth processes across the region
* Ensure a strong and premium brand presence together with our partners through merchandising concepts and brand activations
* Maintain the quality of the brand presence by conducting regular client meetings and product trainings
* Market trends, customer feedback and performance data are analyzed by you to drive business growth
* Close collaboration with internal stakeholders like Customer Operations, Finance and the Country Manager

YOUR PROFILE:
* At least two years of experience in sales or buying, ideally within the fashion/lifestyle industry
* Knowledge of market, visual merchandising and sales processes
* An independent, structured and solution-oriented way of working
* Strong professional communication and an open-minded approach
* Data driven mindset
* Excellent German and good English skills are essential; French and Italian language skills are a plus
* Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
