To further strengthen our On Premise team in Germany, we're looking for an Sales & Marketing Trainee.
Develop a strong understanding of the world of Red Bull Germany and its On Premise organization and processes with rotations in the following departments: On Premise Sales Force, On Premise Marketing/Festival, On Premise Key Account.
You'll build on this knowledge, combining it with creative ideas and out-of-the-box thinking to support cross-departmental projects and initiatives.

ON PREMISE SALES FORCE

Get to know the On Premise Sales Force/Musketeer Force/Musketeer Scout Force (tasks and routines) by supporting the field team in a specific sales drive/mission.
Collaborate with the best bars, restaurant, clubs, events and also in the @work section such as company cafeterias, caterers, or vending machines, to build long-term partnerships and establish new opportunities to give wings to the brand.

ON PREMISE MARKETING/FESTIVAL

Deep dive into the world of Red Bull's On Premise Marketing. Support the team in designing and executing innovative, impactful & inspirational consumer/industry activations to increase our consumer/can love.
Develop consumer events & experiences.
Be responsible for marketing activities in the fast-growing world of the modern and future oriented gastronomy landscape.

ON PREMISE KEY ACCOUNT

Take an active role in Key Account Management (HORECA/Catering/QSR/DELIVERY CHANNELS), which includes the support of management of key accounts and their 360-degree plans.
Support the team in their analysis and reporting tasks as well as contribute to customer selling decks

ON PREMISE REPORTINGS, KPIS & DATA

Deep dive into our sales tools and KPI tracking ("insights into action"). Research and elaborate trend/insights analysis and impactful sharing of internal and external data.

EXPERIENCE

Bachelor's degree or Master's degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration or similar

Proven excellence in your academic life

Relevant work or internship experience is a plus

A history of pursuing personal passions, extra-curricular achievements

Entrepreneurial spirit with a "go-getter" mentality when it comes to tackling important projects or taking on new challenges
*
Open and solution-oriented mindset, with excellent communication skills
*
Fluent in English & German (written, spoken), additional languages considered a plus
