Team Introduction: The TikTok Content Operations team develops and executes strategies to grow our content ecosystem through management, partnerships, and key programs. We work closely with Product teams to understand publishers and creator cohorts and set priorities, while collaborating with cross-functional partners to drive efforts forward within the evolving content landscape. We're looking for a highly motivated Creator Growth Sports Intern who supports our efforts to help Sports Creators succeed in our platform, and grow our ecosystem of high quality content. Their role would be focused on identifying cohorts of Creators with the potential to grow in terms of audience and monetization on the platform, and impact some other Product & Content priorities through different programs. As a project intern, you will have the opportunity to engage in impactful short-term projects that provide you with a glimpse of professional real-world experience. You will gain practical skills through on-the-job learning in a fast-paced work environment and develop a deeper understanding of your career interests. Responsibilities: - Identify Creators cohorts through the analysis of dashboards, that accomplish the requirements to grow Sports content ecosystem on TikTok. - Communication with creators through multiple channels; Invite them to participate in top programs, follow up their onboarding, and provide support along different needs, doubts and questions. - Creators trainings in content development, how to grow their accounts, high quality content for TikTok, and a special emphasis on engaging and help them to grow through creator rewards program. - Support project management and execution of Programs for Creators. - Teamwork, ideation and collaboration for the most relevant projects for the Sports category

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications: - Currently pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree, with interest in digital content and products. - Possesses local cultural context knowledge and informed about trends and topics of conversation across the digital ecosystem. - Ability to manage data reporting systems. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a proven ability to partner effectively with team members. - Open to work in fast-paced work environment, and resilient to constant change. - Able to work in a global company with multiple stakeholders from different regions and countries. - Familiar with the TikTok platform and passionate about sports.
