Facility Intern

Description du poste:

The Role: Help Facility team to complete the routine office service and maintenance

Responsibilities:

1. 协助处理日常行政事务，包括文件管理、热线接听、办公用品采购等。
Assist with daily administrative tasks, including document management, answering hotline calls, and purchasing office supplies.
2. 负责接待来访客人，提供必要的信息和协助。
Responsible for receiving visitors and providing necessary information and assistance.
3. 协助组织公司内部活动，如员工大会、FUN team活动等。
Assist in organizing internal company activities, such as Twon Hall meeting, FUN team activity.
4. 支持Facility的其他日常工作，如数据整理、文档编辑。
Assist in organizing internal company activities, such as employee training and team building.

Requirements:

1. 目前正在就读学士或者硕士学位
Currently enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program
2. 精通Microsoft Excel、Outlook和Word。
Proficiency in MS Excel, Outlook and Word.
3. 工作认真负责，有细心
Responsible and conscientious in work and pays attention to details.
4. 具备良好的沟通能力。具备基础的英语口语和粤语能力将是一个加分项。
Good communication skills. Having a basic proficiency in spoken English and Cantonese will be a plus
5. 至少可以实习三个月，每周可以实习5天
At least 3 months' availability with 5 days/week.
