Description du poste:

1、负责餐厅日常服务工作，包括餐前准备、餐中服务及餐后收尾工作； 2、按照服务标准为客人提供优质的餐饮服务，确保顾客用餐体验； 3、熟悉菜单内容及酒水知识，能够为顾客提供专业的点餐建议； 4、保持餐厅环境整洁，定期检查餐具、桌椅等设施的完好性； 5、及时处理顾客反馈意见，妥善解决服务过程中出现的问题； 6、协助完成餐厅日常盘点及物资管理工作； 7、遵守酒店卫生安全标准，严格执行食品安全操作规范。
