Business Operation Intern

Description du poste:

岗位职责：
- 参与业务部门商业分析任务，包括市场调研、销售分析和业务流程改善等，为领导层决策提供数据支持。
- 协助团队成员进行数据收集和整理，并进行数据分析和解读，为业务部门提供相关报告和建议。
- 进行专项形式的深入分析，提炼对业务有价值的洞察发现，并通过各类分析方法进行策略输出。

技能和能力：
- 具备良好的数据分析、逻辑思维和总结能力，能够通过各种数据的收集、归纳和分析。
- 熟练使用EXCEL、PPT等MS工具，具备报告撰写能力。 - 快速学习能力，擅长数据查找与分析、信息收集与提炼。
- 英语读写流利者优先。

实习时间和工作频率：
- 每周至少到岗四天及以上(上海浦东新区晶耀前滩），持续3个月及以上，能长期实习者优先。

学历和专业背景：
- 本科及以上学历，有相关实习经验者优先。

其他要求：
- 具有较强的团队合作精神和自驱力。
- 对商业分析有敏感性且兴趣浓厚，有医疗或咨询行业实习经验者优先。
