Internship - Environmental, Health and Safety Analyst - M&A Team

Description du poste:

We are looking for an Intern to join our M&A team supporting environmental, health & safety (EHS) and Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) due diligence projects.

Key tasks:
* Assist in the execution of environmental and health and safety due diligence assessments
* Support the preparation of commercial proposals for M&A due diligence projects
* Contribute to analyses related to EU Taxonomy alignment and ESG criteria
* Support data collection, document review, and preparation of technical reports and deliverables
* Conduct research on regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Requirements:
* Academic background in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering (or related fields), Health & Safety, Law.
* Basic knowledge of environmental and/or occupational health & safety topics
* Interest in EHS regulations, ESG and sustainability consulting
* Strong analytical and organizational skills
* Fluent English and Spanish (written and spoken) is required
