Supply Chain Master Business Data - Trainee

Overview

Specialist role to manage Master Data Maintenance, as part of the new Master Data maintenance process, in the SAP PIRT environment for Iberia.
This role primary responsibility will be the proper management of the creation and maintenance workflow for Master Data objects, assisting and advising the business when creating or modifying records in SAP for materials (Finished Goods, Semi-Finished Goods, ingredients and raw materials, packaging).
Responsibilities

* Responsibility for master data management (creation and modification of Vendors and Materials) at the enterprise level (PepsiCo Iberia).
* Execute the SAP Workflows required to meet business requirements: creation/modification of Vendors and Materials Master Data.
* Maintain proactive communication with those requesting Master Data changes (creation, maintenance) and keep them updated on the status of the process.
* Close collaboration with other departments: marketing, sales, supply chain planning, procurement, production plants, quality, DX, export, DMO, etc.
* Master Data Control: Verify existing master data against record creation/modification requirements.
Qualifications

* Experience working with large amounts of data from various sources
* Experience managing quality processes
* Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office
* Experience using SAP ECC, PIRT environment
* Analytical skills
* Effective collaboration skills
* Ability to work under time pressure
* Teamwork skills, meticulousness, and precision
