We are seeking a highly motivated Digital Marketing Advisor to join our dynamic Mediterranean Digital team in Madrid. In this role, you will be instrumental in driving our digital marketing efforts, focusing on CRM, e-commerce strategy and website performance. You will be responsible for creating engaging content, optimizing user experiences, and contributing to our commercial messaging strategy.

* CRM and App Strategy:
* Develop and execute CRM emailing campaigns.
* Manage and optimize app push notification strategies.
* Create compelling content for newsletters and push notifications.
* Content and Localization:
* Generate and brief content creation, including translation coordination.
* Develop and implement local emailing campaigns.
* Adapt website and app content for Spanish market.
* Website Performance and User Experience:
* Monitor and analyze website performance.
* Utilize tools like Content Square and DUE platforms to enhance user experience.
* Commercial Strategy:
* Develop and implement commercial message strategies (e.g., banners, predictive search bars).
* Optimize e-merchandising and Product Listing Pages (PLP).
* Operational Support:
* Manage and resolve tickets and incidents related to digital platforms.
* Market Analysis:
* Conduct competitor benchmarks to identify opportunities and best practices.

Perfil

Fluent in Spanish and English, French is a plus
Previous experience in Marketing and luxury industry; Digital Marketing would be a plus
Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business or similar.
Proven experience with analytics tools such as GA4, PBI and Excel.
Strong understanding of website analytics.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Organizational skills, be a self-starter in terms of agenda and priorities, multi-tasking and communication skills.
High committed, proactive and willing to think out of the box.

REQUIRED PROFILE & EXPERIENCE

It is mandatory that the candidate can formalize a "contrato de prácticas" based on Spanish labor law (Must have obtained a bachelor or master's degree in the past 3 years)
Availability: From Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week.
Start date: July 1st 2026
