Overview

Applications are invited for 3-month fixed term position of an IT Summer Intern role. The position provides first-hand practical experience in supporting all aspects of PepsiCo's exciting business, working across global IT teams, with exposure to best-in-class technology, applications and systems. The role focuses on End user services and support.

Responsibilities

* Participate in troubleshooting IT issues and implementing corrective actions.

* Support IT Teams with reporting and analysis for Weekly/ Monthly reviews.  

* Support IT projects being rollout across the PepsiCo Cork Campus.

* Attend and participate in IT Team meetings.

* Working with local and remote teams

IT Applications/Systems supported by PepsiCo Cork IT include but aren't limited to: Microsoft Office 365 Applications, Copilot, ServiceNow, SAP Software Solutions, Power BI.

The positions will also involve collaborating with IT Global PepsiCo Teams located across several countries.

Qualifications

* Student currently studying BIS, Computer Science, Software Engineering, Data Analytics or another related field. Open to Humanities students with an interest in IT.

* Good understanding of AI apps, Excel and other Microsoft Applications.

* Open to working on activities where attention to detail is important.  

* Communicating messages effectively within your team and other colleagues.

* Capacity to organize and prioritize work in an effective manner.

* Bring ideas and creativity and make suggestions.

* Comfortable working with teams including remote teams.
