IT Digital & Commercial Applications Intern

Overview IMMEDIATE AVAILABILITY | FULL-TIME | 6-MONTHS We are looking for a bright, curious and proactive young talent to join our Worldwide Information Technology Team at our Global HQ in Milan. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience where Technology, Digital and Commercial Operations come together. You will work closely with IT and Business teams, contributing to projects and day-to-day activities across Digital, In Store and Wholesale applications in a dynamic and international environment. Your Impact In this role, you will: Contribute to the design and delivery of IT projects across the Client Facing Applications area, including mainly Digital, eCommerce and Showroom operations; Support project management activities, including meeting organization, progress monitoring, follow-up of action items, drafting and project documentation; Gather and analyse business requirements, identify improvement opportunities and support the planning and execution of functional tests; Support the day-to-day operations and continuous improvement of both B2C and B2B digital platforms; Support the monitoring and management of incidents, service requests and operational tickets; During B2B sales campaign periods, support Showroom operations and business users, helping ensure a smooth onboarding experience and the timely resolution of requests and incidents. Qualifications REQUIREMENTS: Master/Bachelor degree in Management Engineering, Economics, Business Administration, Information Systems or similar fields; Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Proficiency in English, both written and spoken; Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; Curious, proactive and eager to learn. Profil requis du candidat:
