Your Tasks
We are looking for a highly motivated and analytically driven Supply Chain Trainee to join our team in Milan .
This is a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of operations, data, and digital innovation, supporting the automation and structuring of key operational activities across Customer Service, Logistics, and VAS (Value-Added Services).
The trainee will play an active role in improving existing processes and designing new ones, also in preparation for upcoming regulatory requirements, contributing to the digital evolution of a fast-growing international organization.
Key responsibilities
* Analyze and map current operational processes across Customer Service, Logistics and VAS
* Identify inefficiencies and automation opportunities in daily operations
* Support the design and implementation of automated workflows and tools (e.g. using Power Automate)
* Develop and maintain data models and dashboards (Excel, Power Query, Power BI)
* Contribute to the creation of new processes aligned with regulatory and compliance requirements
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Supply Chain, Sales, IT)
* Support continuous improvement initiatives and digital transformation projects
* Provide data-driven insights to optimize service levels and operational performance
Your Profile
* About to graduate in a scientific field (e.g. Engineering, Mathematics, Data Science, Economics with strong quantitative focus)
* Strong analytical mindset with a structured problem-solving approach
* Passion for technology, innovation, and process automation
* Able to sign a curricular internship
* Good understanding or strong interest in:
* AI and data-driven tools
* Power Automate / Microsoft Power Platform
* Excel (advanced) and Power Query
* Power BI or data visualization tools
* Curious, proactive and willing to take ownership
* Strong team player with excellent communication skills
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
