Join our Sales team within the Consumer Products Division in Lithuania:
* Develop a deep understanding of the retail landscape and build valuable skills in sales.
* Analyze sales results to identify growth opportunities and inform strategic decision-making.
* Become proficient in using Microsoft Excel to analyze data, create reports, and track key performance indicators.
* Present your market analysis and sales reports to key stakeholders, providing valuable insights and recommendations.
* Manage exciting product testing campaigns from start to finish.
* Immerse yourself in the world of beauty and gain in-depth knowledge of our latest beauty innovations.
* You'll be the go-to person for information on new product launches, creating compelling listing cards that highlight key features and benefits to captivate our customers.
* Partner with experienced sales professionals and beauty experts across Lithuania.
* Benefit from their mentorship and support as you develop your skills and contribute to a collaborative team environment.

We can't wait to meet you if you:
* Are a student or recent graduate of marketing, business management, economics, etc.;
* Have good analytical skills that allow you to think strategically in a business-oriented manner;
* Believe in the power of networking and have strong communication skills;
* Are creative and naturally think out of the box;
* Are well-organized and feel comfortable within a dynamic environment;
* Have a proactive approach;
* Are fluent in Lithuanian and English (min. B2);
* Have very good knowledge of MS Office tools;
* Nice to have: driver's licence.
