Internship under QM Digitalization

Your role
Key responsibilities in your new role

* Experience programming with Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras
* Be familiar with Convolution Neural Network (CNN) and YOLO
* Knowledge in SQL programming
* Fundamental knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing, and packaging
* Support digitalization and automation projects using Python, SQL and REST APIs
* Assist in developing, testing, deploying and documenting automation solutions
* Troubleshoot technical issues and work with relevant department supporting teams
* Support Proof of Concept (POC) development for computer vision and Agentic AI
* Assist in deploying and testing applications in container platform

Your profile
Qualifications and skills to help you succeed

* Pursuing Bachelor Degree in Electronics, Computer Science, Physics, Mechatronics Engineering or equivalent
* Minimum CGPA 3.00 and above
* Demonstrates knowledge in semiconductor fabrication and packaging
* Demonstrates interest to learn new technology and tools
* Proven experience programming in Python, PyTorch or TensorFlow/Keras
* Knowledge in Convolution Neural Network (CNN) and YOLO
* Proven knowledge in SQL programming and database administration
* Willing to take up unfamiliar tasks and learn independently even without prior experience
* Basic knowledge in REST API, Linux or container platform is an advantage
* Knowledge in OpenShift, Docker or containerized application deployment is an advantage
* Knowledge in Large Language Model (LLM) and Agentic AI is an advantage
* Good analytical, problem-solving and communication skills
* Able to document technical work clearly
