Your profile -

* Academic Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Industrial), Business Administration, or a related field.
* Professional experience: No prior professional experience required; previous academic project experience is highly valued.
* Technical skills Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word); data entry and database management; basic analytical and reporting skills.
* Languages Professional working proficiency in Spanish; basic to intermediate English.
* Skills/Competences Organization, task prioritization, effective communication, teamwork, proactive problem-solving.
Your Responsabilities

* Assist project managers in tracking milestones, deliverables, and timelines for the CFE multi-year contracts.
* Prepare meeting agendas and minutes, and follow up on pending action items.
* Support the coordination of logistics, resources, and scheduling for field service execution.
* Maintain project databases and documentation accurate and up to date.
* Compile reports, status presentations, and project dashboards; manage contract documents and client correspondence.
* Facilitate information flow between Project & Order Management, Procurement, and Field Service.
