Our software engineering department and the architecture team in the Netherlands and Portugal is responsible for designing, developing, and testing the conference applications and products. We have diverse set of roles developing software using the AGILE methodology.
Currently we have an open internship position for students studying in the field of Software Engineering (Development and Cloud Data Engineering).
You would come to work at a dynamic and international team, where you would have the opportunity to learn and practice your Hands On development skills using Agile Way of Working.

Job Description:

* You would be involved in the development of software for conference products used in organized meetings, which can take place in high profile settings such as EU / government conferences, NATO and also city councils or court houses.
* Your responsibilities would include contributing to the development of components such as media gateway, with audio and video functionality.
* You would be using programming languages in the development of conference products.
* After learning the software methodology, you would be responsible for troubleshooting and researching bugs on devices.
* Additionally, if you are a true problem solver with an innovative mindset, and have the flexibility to explore different research topics, you could contribute to taking an extra challenge depending on your needs and wishes.

Qualifications:

* You are a 3rd year bachelor student (HBO) or a Master level student in Software Data Engineering (Data Development & Cloud);
* You have an affinity for video, audio and connectivity tools;
* You have software programming skills such as C++;
* You have an excellent level of English;
* You are proactive and learn fast;
You can start in September '24 and are enrolled in your studies until at least February 2025.
