Job Description:

Your contribution to something big:
* Assist with the management of bug reports and ticketing systems to ensure timely resolution;
* Perform data entry and maintain the accuracy of databases and system information;
* Collect and present information on various topics as needed by the team;
* Provide comprehensive administrative and operational support for both local and international team functions.

Qualifications:

What distinguishes you:
* Completed secondary education (12th grade);
* Solid fundamental PC skills, especially with office software, which is a highly valued asset for daily operations;
* High level of English, both spoken and written;
* An energetic and proactive attitude, eager to take initiative and drive tasks forward.
