Communication Trainee

Are you a creative communicator with a passion for impactful messaging? We're looking for a motivated and proactive trainee to support communications activities across IT and Information Security. As a Communication Trainee, you'll gain valuable experience at the intersection of technology and communication in a fast-paced, global environment. You will work closely with subject matter experts and key stakeholders to create clear and engaging content that helps employees understand what's changing, why it matters, and what they need to do.

* Develop and deliver communication assets such as articles, email content, presentations, videos, and SharePoint pages to ensure clear and impact messaging.
* Simplify complex topics by gathering and reviewing inputs from multiple sources, transforming them into accessible and engaging communications.
* Manage communication channels and tools, including distribution lists, shared mailboxes, and the Nokia Identity Management System.
* Plan and facilitate engagement activities, such as information sessions, stakeholder interactions, and awareness initiatives.
* Track, monitor, and report on communication activities to measure effectiveness and support continuous improvement

Profil requis du candidat:

You have:
* Bachelor's degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, English, or a related field.
* Strong PowerPoint skills, including the ability to design clear, impactful, and visually compelling presentations.
* Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word.
* Experience gained through academic projects, internships, or extracurricular activities involving AI, automation, digital transformation, or process improvement.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.

It would be nice if you also had:
* Exposure to project management principles
* Experience working or collaborating in multicultural or global environments.
* Familiarity with collaboration and communication platforms such as SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, or similar tools.
