Job Description

Our Fintech & Ventures team works with banks, regulators, and fintech companies to drive innovation and transformation across the financial services ecosystem. We help clients develop growth strategies, digital business models, market entry plans, and strategic partnerships that harness technology for competitive advantage in Singapore and beyond.
As part of the team, you will support client engagements, delivering strategic insights and practical solutions that enable organisations to navigate the evolving intersection of finance and technology.

Key Responsibilities
* Conduct research on fintech, digital banking, payments, and financial services trends to support project initiatives.
* Assist with data analysis, market benchmarking, and business research for client engagements.
* Support the preparation of presentations, reports, and other client-facing deliverables.
* Explore emerging technologies, including AI and digital innovations, and assess their potential impact on the financial services industry.
* Contribute to the evaluation of business models, strategic partnerships, and growth opportunities.
* Collaborate with consultants and project teams to help deliver high-quality solutions and recommendations for clients.
Requirements
* Currently pursuing a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related discipline.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
* Demonstrated interest in fintech, digital banking, payments, AI, and technology-driven innovation.
* Proficient in Microsoft PowerPoint and Excel.
* Self-motivated, eager to learn, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and collaborative environment.
