Team Introduction TikTok Design Team is to provide first-class user experience for hundreds of millions of users around the world, thereby helping them create and express better, discover the diversity and beauty of the world, break down more barriers, and build bridges between people. We are an international design team with Product Designer, Creative Designer, Visual Designer, Content Designer and Localization Expert from all over the world working together to make every impossible possible. We are looking for talented individuals to join us for an internship. Our internship program offers students hands-on experience, industry exposure, and opportunities to apply their knowledge to real-world challenges while building a strong foundation for personal and professional growth. Interns will gain practical experience, explore potential career paths, and participate in social events, learning programs, and development workshops alongside industry professionals. Please clearly state your availability in your resume, including your start and end dates. - Write and edit UI text to help creators navigate TikTok and TikTok LIVE. - Collaborate closely with Product Managers, Product Designers, Engineers, Operations, and Localization teams to maintain a high bar for user experience. - Manage and prioritize projects with multiple stakeholders across target markets. - Lead content audits to identify opportunities and drive consistency across the product; contribute to content standards and champion best practices. - Balance business requirements and customer needs in feature development; critique visual style, interface, and interaction flow. - Synthesize internal and external feedback and deliver high-quality work in a fast-paced environment

Profil requis du candidat:

Minimum Qualifications - Currently pursuing an Undergraduate, Master's, or PhD degree. - Experience using Figma and AI-assisted design tools. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. - Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to adapt to rapid changes and ambiguous situations, and a strong sense of ownership. - Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment and stay focused amid shifting requirements. - A strong portfolio that includes: - Creative applications of vibe-coded systems or AI-powered automation. - Samples of user interface copy, microcopy, user education materials, direct or transactional emails, style guides, glossary additions, or product launch content. Preferred Qualifications - Experience working on a global product with international partners. - Experience collaborating with Product Management, Design, Engineering, and Localization teams
